About Us

Emily was born and raised in London to a Chinese-Malay/Thai father and British mother. Growing up in Soho meant Emily spent a lot of her childhood in Chinatown, where dim sum would become a ritual. Emily’s father was a great cook, having been passed down many family recipes from his own mother, and Emily would often watch in awe as he created each meal. Her mother was also a great cook, meaning she grew up with a great combination of East and West flavours.
